DETAILS OF SHIPPING COSTS:

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. The standard shipping & handling charge of $11.99 USD applies to orders for shipments anywhere in the United States of America only and does not include insurance, but generally has a trackable number. If you need insurance you must ask. If your order is limited edition products which come around every now and then these may be subject to additional insurance charges due to possible loss and non-availability of replacement product.

On the occasion that your order requires LESS shipping charges we will reduce the cost of shipping charges when we actually process your order internally. In addition if your order costs more shipping charges than the aforementioned $11.99 USD within the USA or international shipping charges as stated below we may absorb some of the shipping charges in excess of the flat rates listed if the size of the order is significant in comparison to the shipping charge difference, otherwise we will contact you via the information that you have provided in your order to advise you of addditional shipping charges (this is a rare circumstance and is most likely more liable to happen to foreign (NON-USA) orders.


NON-UNITED STATES ORDERS:

Please call or e-mail us at support@empcho.bizhosting.com for a quote pertaining to foreign orders, special shipping requirements and insurance costs may apply. Average rates for foreign orders are as follows and will be charged if no contact is made. If charges are significantly higher we will contact you before shipping to determine if you still want the product, if they are relatively close or you have a very large order which seems to happen frequently with non-USA orders we may absorb some of the shipping costs as we frequently do:

Canada average: $29.00 USD
Europe - UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, etc. and Australia average: $45.00 USD

Each of these is an estimated average and may cost up to 30% more depending on weight or could be less depending on country.
